As you noticed from the previous post I am limiting my sugar intake- but I love sugar so I have to fulfill my sweet tooth some other way. Juicing is one way that helps me but that's a longer post.
I found this recipe somewhere and I changed up the per-portions because I'm lazy- I like easy measurements.
Salted Caramel Smoothie
Approx 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
3 dried dates
1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
some ice cubes if you like that sort of thing
I like to swirl some maple syrup on top and a pinch of salt cause I'm fancy like that
Give it a try. Don't know how much it tastes like salted caramel but use your imagination!
