Ugh. The #2 ingredient in v8 splash is high fructose corn syrup. #2!!!
Of course, I discover this after I have purchased two of them. I guess I better start reading labels closer. I thought this would be a good juice for Cason.

Yes, if it doesn't say 100% juice it is going to be loaded with sugar - and even "all juice" drinks could have added sugar. We could get one of those electric juicer things and start making fresh. . .
We do Welch's white grape juice - I dilute it with water - but it is no sugar added and all natural juice.
I think the V8 Fusions are 100% juice. You might check those. We used to buy them and I can't remember what they say, but they are tasty.
